The goal of the Online Blood Bank project is to preserve all details on blood donors, various blood types available in each blood bank and to help them handle it better. Blood donors can register for this scheme by entering their profile information. It Aim is to provide transparency in this field, make the process of obtaining blood from a blood bank hassle free and corruption free and make the system of blood bank management effective.

This project is being created using JSP and all record stores in the database. This project has a text message feature. The bulk SMS warning is sent to all blood donors. The WAY2SMS gateway is imported into this device. The framework is running with the MVC model.
Modules of the project:
- Login module: In the login module user can login to the system by entering login id and password.
- Blood search module: In the blood search module, the user can search for various forms of blood groups by entering the blood group. If they have a reserve, they can order blood packets else they can seek from donors.
- City module: This module is very important categorize city wise blood record.
- admin module: The admin is the administration where the admin handles all the functions on the website.
- banking module :Customer payment files are processed in the banking module.
- Report module : The admin can take monthwise, datewise, yearwise report.
- blood stock module:This displays the blood stock specifics of various classes.
