Library Management System Project Study – The primary purpose of the Library Management System Project is the discipline of the planning, coordination, and management of the Library’s activities. Our project aims to make the work of the library easier. Library Administration joins the archives with the new book and gathers the content available in the library. We’re going to publish a book to a member of the library to keep their records, and we’re also going to check how many books are issued and what’s left in the library. In the project, we shall have a late fine on the part of a member of the library who returns the book released after the due date.

Proposed System:
Under the proposed scheme, we believe that each member will obtain an identification card that may be used to issue a library book, a fine fee, etc. If a member of the library wants to take a book, the library authority’s book would check all the particulars of the book and the student’s records and store them in the library database. A lot of human interference can be removed in the case of book retrieval.
Module Description:
- User Module: You can check the availability of the book in this student module.
The following is a submodule of the user module.
- Book Return: The student returns the books to the library…
- Administrator Module: This is the main module for the planned project. The administrator will read and write information about all the participants. The administrator may also update, create and delete membership records as per the specification and implementation plans.
The following is a submodule for the Administrator Module.
- Update student: Authorize the administrator to register a new student and to update the student record.
- Book information: Allow the administrator to enter the book data.
Future scope of the project:
A great deal of future scope for this application can be considered. The following are some of them.
- The online use of the library can be a beneficial feature of the Library Management System.
- An advanced payment system for fines may be added.
- The warehouse system can be used to manage the books of the library.

- Operating system: Window 7
- Hard disks: 40GB
- RAM: 256 MB
Software requirement:
- Java language
- Net beans IDE 7.0.1

sir i hav made a project on mjava net beans and using my sql at back end.now my ques is that i hav made database for that hotel management and used it.then in the program files i hav copied all the database files of mysql and kept it secure in another drive becoz i wanted to format my system.but when i again install mysql on my system and again copied that database files …all files shows same property of 9kb in size although mysql access the table but it not showing its structure as well as its data….what should i hav to do..
