This Employee Organization Scheme is planned for workers of the bank. In smaller firms, if workers have any issues, they will speak directly to their boss. However, it is incredibly difficult to do so in bigger companies, which hire a lot of people. It is also difficult for management to make decisions as they have over 1,000 staff. The Employee Organization Framework initiative saves managers a lot of time so they do not have to meet individual workers to address issues. This initiative is being built for the 24X7 bank which offers a range of incentives to the 24X7 bank workers association.
Advantages:

- The Association can provide training for employees to develop knowledge.

It is necessary to create and enforce the perfect Employee Association Structure for the Bank. So we’re creating a user-friendly PHP and MySQL database web portal.
