In SMS, there is a login ID and password for every user. Both users also have different rights of authorization to access the applications. There are three main roles in the system. The supervisor has full access to the whole scheme, while the accountant is only concerned with the payment of student enrollment fees. Operator is the role that is responsible for the use of the system. The Admin role can be as follow:
