Medical Information System is a software application used to view medical history and to access the 3-year medical history at once as well as to search for news. This software performs operations such as inserting, editing, removing, viewing, reading, and checking the medical history of workers. This is a stand-alone program created using VB.NET and SQL Server 2008.
The system can be broken down into practical components as follows:
- Login
- Add Employee record
- Edit Employee record
- Delete Employee record
- Display Employee record
- View Employee report
- Search Employee report
Definition of the module:
Login Module: This is the name of the user and the password.
Add Module: This is where we enter the employee data for medical records.
Modulation Module: Here, a single employee’s 3-year files are displayed at once.
Delete Module: This is where the outdated data is erased.
Display Module: All records of a single employee are seen here.
Display Module: The 3-year files of a single employee are viewed at once.
