The College Enrollment Method is a very neatly built project created by STI College students. It has modules for the enrollment system and the student management system. This app is very useful in handling admission data. Java is the front end of this software, and Microsoft Access Driver is the back end of the project.
Project Description:
It’s got six major modules. The modules are File Menu Registration Module, Study Module, Student Enrollment List Module, Student Records Module, Master Module, Support Module. Reports can be created by the student record user in the enrolment list.
The key form of this project is the student registration form, which includes the ID number (Automatically generated), Gender, Course, SY, First name, Last name, Year, Section, Marital status, Date of birth, Address, and Semester information. It has a data chart to store class number, theme code, title, number of lectures, days, timing slots, and room number. After inserting grid records, the device automatically produces the Total number of subjects, Reading Unit, Total number of units, and Lab Units.
The runtime of the project is an MDB database with 11 tables. Tables are Authentication, class schedule, class attendance data, Course Subjects Checking, Classes, enrollment data, faculty loading data, FacultyMaster, room management, StudentMaster, StudentMaster latest, prototype. Configuration file for connectDS.java Database.

General Instructions:
You need to install JDK or any compiler you want to run this project. To run this program, uninstall the downloaded zip file from C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0 27\bin. After extracting, open the project folder and double click the MainFrame.class file to verify the result. Its file has also been complied with.
