The key goal of the Gas Agency Management System project is to establish a computerized system for billing and stock maintenance and to improve the reliability of the manual operation. Customers will make a phone call to the Gas Agencies and make a submission for an order, in which the gas cylinders will be shipped to their address based on their claim and the previous date of delivery. The name, address, and stock information of the customer are stored in the database. The customer’s order for a gas cylinder may be approved only after a certain amount of time has expired from the previous delivery. This makes billing simpler for the customer and is performed based on the customer’s billing database.
Using this method, the billing rate and the power of the gas cylinder can be conveniently maintained and paid accordingly. Customer records are kept in the booking register, including the booking number, when the gas cylinder is booked.
The customer will make a call and order requests to the gas agencies. Gas Agencies will then supply the gas cylinders to their address based on their demand and the previous delivery date. Customer records such as name, address, and stock information are contained in the database. On this basis, the customer’s billing is completed. The customer’s order for a gas cylinder may be approved only after a certain amount of time has expired from the previous delivery.
The supply of gas cylinders in the gas agency may be reviewed using the stock register to calculate the amount of refill, loaded, unused, faulty, and refueling rates.
