Students Registration and Admission This module deals with all facets of the enrollment and admission process for new students in different schools, i.e. Calling Applicants, Filling Enrollment Papers, Entry Tests and/or Interviews, Final Collection, etc., in Nursery, Primary, Secondary, and Senior Secondary Sections.

Students Attendance

Here, student attendance records can be preserved and obtained in a very comprehensive and connected way and can be conveniently excavated and made accessible to the College Authorities and Patents.

Fees Collection

Now stop thinking about the tedious task of maintaining an account of every small fee collection process, as this module will automatically keep you aware of the whole process. It can conveniently represent defaulters, fees for each pupil, a simple look at the overall fees received for a given day/week/month under different headings, and similar other day-to-day questions to be addressed.

Result Processing System

This program will include an impartial framework for the Students Performance Evaluation, including the computerized collection of Mark Sheets for all classes, and will provide systems for the printing of Certificates and other official documents.

Result Analysis

This is an important module for the Real-Time Examination of Student Results in Different Terms of Behavior in Institutional and Board Exams. Information on student success in all/specific courses in all/specific subjects can be obtained by a single click and can be graphically represented. Likewise, details can be excavated in a variety of configurations, in the form of figures and graphics.

Payroll System

This module enables simple payroll generation by efficiently eliminating and resolving all manual intricacies. The module is an attempt to make all appropriate reports, displays, and outputs accessible to the user in a user-friendly GUI. Financial Accounting And Inventory Management

This is an advanced module that offers a holistic approach to the accounting and resource management needs of the educational institution. It consists of numerous records such as Receipt & Reimbursement A/c, Revenue & Expense A/c, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Cheque Writing, Sales Order, Stock Moment Reports, min. & max. Stock Qty reports, and a variety of other complex accounts and stock reports.
